The Oh Norman™ Training Series is very successful, because it starts with the fundamental sales and communication skills and develops then into more advanced and sophisticated sales skills. This ensures you and your company a thorough development of your external as well as your internal sales force.
- Our Oh Norman™ Module 1 starts with the fundamental selling skills and develops into advanced and more sophisticated selling skills (Modules 2 – 5 and beyond); including handling different customer attitudes, different customer behaviors, negotiation skills and team selling skills)
- In order to learn more effectively, all Modules are highly integrated and build on each other. After Module 1 and Module 2, our Coaching Module – “Coaching Oh Norman™ 1” is designed to cover the coaching aspect of the fundamental selling skills from the manager’s perspective as well as from the salespersons perspective.
- After Module 5, our Coaching Module – “Coaching Oh Norman™ 2” is then designed to cover the coaching aspect of the more advanced and sophisticated selling skills from the manager’s perspective as well as from the salesperson’s perspective with a more “challenging” salesperson.
- Our Module “Inhouse” (on request) covers fundamental and advanced communication skills satisfying and exceeding the requirements of your internal sales teams.
